Medical Education Experience (MEE)
Our Medical Education Exchange (MEE) program connects international medical professionals with local providers in East Africa and Central America. Through hands-on collaboration, training, and mentorship, MEE strengthens the skills of healthcare workers on the ground—ensuring long-term impact, sustainable care, and continued professional development. Whether you're a doctor, nurse, or specialist, your knowledge can help improve lives and elevate care in the communities we serve.

After rounds, you’ll take on outpatient duties, such as primary care, urgent care, HIV and antenatal clinics, and vaccination clinics. You’ll also have time to explore individual projects pre-approved before your trip.
Evening Reflection & Cultural Activities
Evenings are reserved for reflection and cultural immersion. Participate in group discussions, local market visits, and activities to unwind and process your experiences.
